1. MEMS Technology

 We, Nano-i Corp. have the MEMS design and fabrication technologies.

 MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) is the technology of very small devices that micro-mechanical structure and electronics are integrated in the system. It is a small electric machine technology to create devices that cannot be visible with naked eyes and  can be applied in all areas by making very small mechanical structures.

 It is also a technology that can be applied to wide range of industries such as Mechanical, electrical, thermal fluid, telecommunications with integrating biological components, computer, consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical, etc and innovative.

 MEMS devices are Micromechanical structures, micro-sensors, micro drive (Actuators), consists of the Micro-Electronics that changed the plane of the semiconductor integrated zones in all parts of the chip to the three-dimensional structure. Due to this structural advantage, it is possible to utilize more space and dramatically reduce the system size and number of parts.

 Using this technology, to  develope  chips for drastically increasing the computer's memory capacity, connectors for optical communications with high transmission efficiency or portable laser display, toxic gas detectors, high-efficiency heat exchanger, non-contact temperature measuring devices or portable thermal imaging camera, oil tank or a tire pressure gauge, inertial navigation systems for airplanes, helicopters, trains, ships, or drones, video camera anti-shake system, etc is possible. It can be also reduces the size of the product and power consumption greatly.

 Nano-i Corp. in developing this technology offers device simulation using multiphysics module, 3D modeling and CAD design developing these technologies. And we offer mask making, and the device fabrication through MEMS foundry line in South Korea. You can achieve more than you have designed..

 Nano-i, persuing practicality as a priority, presents innovative models to solve the problem for the customer's product development fundamentally.

 With these models, thechnology of driven MEMS mirror, infrared touch sensing, heat exchanger, 3D laser scanner, 3D laser display have been developed.
